I had something poignant and meaningful to post today, but it will simply have to wait until next week. Because somewhere during my morning blog stalking routine, I read something that is far too hilarious not to share with y'all.

I read it too. I have an too in need to good jeans. I know I should wear mom jeans too, but have been fighting it, big time :)

See maybe I'm wrong but I always thought "mom" jeans were the ones from the late 80's - mid 90's that made your ass look like a "w" and had tapered ankles. A certain brand called Chic comes to mind...
My favorite mom jeans (and I'm not even a mom) are the sweetheart jeans from old navy. And bonus, they run just a little big, so I get to wear a size smaller than normal :)
Are you kidding me? Hilarious, and so relieved to know others in their late 20s have had to humbly submit to the mom jeans. :)

I tell you, it's been a boost to know that I'm not the only one with a post-baby FUPA!
Because of this, and Blair's post, I submitted to "mom" jeans this weekend. And guess what? They're awesome.
